Dear Members Assalam-o-Alaikum,
I am writing this email to let members know few things about family reunion and some mistakes which must be avoided. If some friend is going to get married in Pakistan, please tell him/her about these issues. Simple looking mistakes can cause big trouble and delay later in family reunion.
About Nikah Registration:
Registration of Nikah involves three people: Nikah Khawan, Nikah Registrar and Union council. UC gives a register with 50 leaves to Nikah-Registrar. Each leave contains Nikah Nama ” Form II” in quadruplicate. In one UC , only a single Registrar can have the register. In usual case, Nikah Khawan goes to Registrar(if he is himself not a registrar) and gets a Nikah nama Form II (which has fours copies). One copy each (filled and signed) is given to Duhla, Dulhan,Registrar and UC.
1. Take care that Nikah is registered at the same Union Council where Nikah has taken place .Address written on filled Nikahnama should be in the UC where Nikah is registered. Any thing different to this created big problem for many ,especially those who did Nikha in a Marriage Hall and brought Molvi sahib from some other UC. If you made this mistake, count a delay of at least 3 months. Embassy will raise objection as the lawyer sent for Marriage verification would like to see your Nikah registered at the same UC as address written on Nikahnama. You may be to asked to change registration of your marriage from one UC to other through a court procedure in Pakistan.
2. Please closely check all the four copies of the filled Nikah-Nama for any mistake in names, ID card nr., date of birth etc. Check that all signatures are there at right place and stamp of Nikah-Registrar is present. Many take things lightly in Pakistan while filling forms.
3. Telephonic Nikah is big no no. You must be present there as German Embassy/consulate now checks it from entry and exit stamps on your passport. If there are some unavoidable circumstances, give a written power of attorney which has legal value i.e signed in front of Notary Public/judge or from Pakistani embassy/consulate (in case they deal with it) to your father to represent you during Nikah. Better be present there. Your absence will complicate the matters and hence the delay/rejection as a consequence.
5. Some people I talked to have made mistake while getting online appointment. You mad a mistake in name, passport number or email address than most probably you will not be able to submit documents on that day. In my experience, if you decide to take an appointment for family reunion, you normally get it after 4 to 6 weeks. So missing an appointment can be source of further delay.6. The interview by lawyer or at embassy may involve basic questions from your spouse about you. Newly married; make sure he/she has all the basic info about you.
7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.
Please correct if I am wrong on any account. The info is based on posts of members on this forum, experiences of acquaintances and my personal experience.
If you know some other issues which you or someone known to you faced, kindly share on this forum. This will facilitate others in their family reunion.

How are you i wanna ask you something that if i go back to Italy in this moment when i have applied for family reunion visa then it effects realy on visa when embassy is going to issue me a visa beause my visa is going to be expired in future in september thats from Italy… so i am confused should i go back to italy or i have to stay here for my family visa from germany please let me know
I think you can explain german embassy about this and if your family visa is ready while you are in itlay you can get your visa from german embassy in itlay but that only happen if german embassy in islamabad already verifiy and take your interview etc than there should be no problem getting your passport stamp with german embassy in italy but this you can confim bcause i also read this on internet have no personal experience wo its better to ask german embassy direct because answer of this question you will not get here if the german embassy didn,t take your interview yet ans all verification than you should stay in pakistan or may be you should tell them your date of coming back from italy

If they need anything else they usually call you but i hope that they are going to email you in response but sometimes they dont in my case i had received the response after two or 3 days but in my friend case he didn’t receive any kind of response ….on asking they told that if they need anything then they can contact you via phone

Bit dudes you told me that you are from islambad so islabad there is no issue for birth certificate because you dont have uc system there … and one thing can you tell me that embassy said anything to yoy or he has send you the email etc that you have to verify your birth certificate through court and one thing more qomail you were befre with the name dude if i am not wrong

You cab read it on website all information is available but normaly you need nikah nama in english and urdu and nikah registered in nadra (marriage certificate) and birthe certificate you and your husband A1 Language test from you FRC of yours and id card passport of your husband and yours and visa of your husband and entry and exit stemps on passport

in my case lawyer keep report for no reason for 4 months and after for months he send in 5th months and he wrote back record of birth not found however he didn,t give try to found it and he just saw in computer but he wrote that the record is missing but its end of 6th month embassy didn,t rise any issue if his comments but in their country they told my wife that your husband back record is missing they also mention that its comman issue and mostly pakistani have same problem now what will be next ?
I think it won’t be a problem at all its 6 month or 6 month is also over …… and embassy has not connected you and you both have given your interview together already everything is completed ……. now you just need to wait for your collection of visa …… because your date of birth is same every where i don’t think so embassy is going to bother……kindaly if you have time then contact me on my email i.d

Yes the same was haooend with me even the lawyer was so rude he didnt tell me is there anything wrong with my birth certificate or not but some days later i received a call from an other person like a new lawyer member he asked me to send new pix as per whats aap and then on my asking he said you have issue in birthcertificafe but till now i havr not recives any kind of email from embassy
he submit my report and said that my birth certificate record was not found what an ass now lets see what i will got next even thought i call the birth certificate office and they check my record in computer and they said its there and due to load of files they can not see in back papers etc but i said if they can verify they said yes we will do if anybody will come now the lawyer already said to embassy record was not found i am 100% sure lawyer even didn’t bother to check back record
i will definitely complain againts him once i got clear answer
Inshallah you will get positive answer from embassy and can you tell me you have submitted your case in February or in march ….. because normaly if there was any issue then they should inform you immediately but they have not informed you at all what is that … and i hope so it won’t be problem

I don’t have any idea beause embassy didn’t contact me still so how can i tell you …. only the kawyer i dont know he has told me but in hesitation so not confirmed what kind issue i hope that embassy will not make any objection on that

I have some questions about id card we lived in siaklot but belong to another city my husband and all family id card that city. Now i have also husband name id card of that city but some said to me my id card currtent address should be in siaklot city where now u live but ptoblem is that my husband id card addres was previous city is there any issue in inquire? And now my in my id card i used my husband name in palce of father name. But in birth certificate and nikah paper my father names was used plz guide me about that im so worried about it
admin help us if you know something as you know pakistani birth certificate mostly are late registered and in pakistan it is hard to find record but should this really matter for embassy if all the documents have same name same date of birth and place ? is it hig problem if birth certificate record not found ? even you submit and if record not found is not our mistake ?

On sy 2 hours batain ki hr cheaz ki Pics li. Than molvi k pas.. Hamary villege ma 3 Logon sy pocha. He was totally satisafied from Start but phir bhe ic ny agay embassy ko aik Report send karni hoti hai. Lawyer just embassy ka aik Agent hota hai jitny questions pochy ga itna Case strong ho ga.. jitny Pics Lay ga baat zayda clear ho gi embassy ko. So just ans him what he ask. I want to ask you something very imoortant today my wife has called in ABH and asked for my file that whats going on actually and the ABH has told her that your husband file has been sent back to embassy in pakistan all procedure from here in Germany is finished … but i am worried because they have not sent any letter or called my wife for anything… is it possible that sometimes they don’t send letter to spouse og they don’t need anything beacuse in this month like 20 days before she called to ABH then they said you must have to wait we are working on it you call us later but today when she called again then they have told her that everytjing is finished from here now embassy will contact your husband in pakistan to inform him …

embassy will raise objection, nikah would be register in ur own uc, whereever you lives, it should not register in molvi UC, bec they have ask me so much that why i got married in bharia town not in my real home town, and my wife is foreigner n couldn’t take her to kashmir bec foreigner doesn’t have persmisson to go kashmir, afterall they bothered me so much bec of this reason,

Okay,sister you cant tell when they come but usually its after 1month and before 3months after you submit the papers,so you can only hope they come soon,in my case he came after 18 days i submitted the papers on 24th july and he came on 11th aug.
admin embassy asking that birth certificate back file won’t found which need to be clear i want to know how much time new birth certificate will done and what is the way of making since i had already but they lost its back file and what i should do

Does any Body share how Long it took for the Family visa from german embassy Islamabad recently? It is almost two months since the lawyer from embassy visit my wife and was everything okay from his side.
wait 6 months, embassy of islamabad doing so slow work, they just want to make people crazy for visa

My one is also same. It seems that Embassy Person are now delaying without any reason. I talked with local Office in Germany, they also said some Thing is wrong with embassy in Islamabad and will complain to higher Office in Germany. Normally they required the verfication of documents which is already done by the lawyer and now they should send to Germany for further verification. Local Office ask me to wait untill end of october. Since the most of employee in embassy are Pakistanis, they are making Problems. Lawyer tried for Money from my wife which was a huge sum. We refused to give him Money. I guess like many other Offices in Pakistan, they are all involve and if someone dont give Money they will definately delay. This is just my Feeling.
One of my friend he applied from Karachi and his wife got the visa in three months.
i agree with u man, i had the same problem after applied visa in janaury i waited more than 6 months for my visa, i was feelings like i did the same after got married with germany citizen, they bother me so much while my visa, lawyer came for verfication after 3 months n after verfication my wife waited 3 more months to get letter from local foreign office of her town, these pakistani people are rude asshole whoever lawyers of embassies n other peoples who work in diffirents embassies in pakistan, but what we can do, but i am happy i have visa n i am in Germany from 2 months,
Germany is a country of rights and laws. We should not let these happen to us. I am now active and will ask soon all the People to describes their Problems in case higher authorities asked for proof. One Thing is clear, if no one will raise issue, nothing will be done. My request to those who got the visa after so much time, donot ignore this any more. As we need them too for experience.
first get ur wife visa before mess with embassy after get visa you can take action against embassy

My wife applied on 23rd of August but the birth certification of mine was missing and we submitted the birth certificate through email on 20th of September. We are still waiting for lawyers visit but no response from the embassy and its been already more than one month after the birth certification submission.

No after Lawyer i am still waiting . Germany ko abhi tak paper nahi puhnchay.
My father went to the Union Council where i was being registered and they issued a new computerized birth certificate.
Its been already more than 1.5 months after submission of birth certificate but still no lawyer visit. I dont know when he will visit. I mentioned in my application that i would require visa starting from december but still not lawyer call or visit nor any embassy call.
Any other person who has the same problem.
these lawyers are unprofessional sadly embassies listen to them these lawyers does not know anything about birth certificate they even does not know the rules i am 100% sure these lawyers even does not have their birth certificate and they are creating problems for people no doctor will do age verification test before 2006 computer record was not present rules are different in every sobah but these lawyer just read one page of one city and than tell everybody the same somebody should take action againts these barbie taker lawyers i am sure roheel does not do anything yet
i am waiting for my resdency card n before it i dont want to mess with anybody, but after have it i will go to higher authorties for complain against these disgusting peoples
