They are responsible for planning, directing and controlling different building projects – mainly in the field of electrical installations of electrical, instrumentation and control technology in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and building control responsibility. This also includes the advantages, design and approval planning and the preparation and participation in the award of contracts for new construction, reconstruction and renovation measures. As part of the projects you take on the developers side benefits and develop internal and external decision templates. The work is part-time suitable only under certain conditions.

They feature:

  • Engineering university degree (Diplom (FH / DH) / Bachelor) in electrical engineering or comparable degree
  • Many years of professional experience in the planning and execution monitoring of measurement and control technology in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, bus and building control
  • Knowledge of the HOAI, VOB and RIFT
