Hi.If a person is having a cgpa of 2.5/4 and wanted to pursue post graduation from Germany so in that case which German universities are most favourable to give admission on this cgpa
There are no BAD universisites in germany. Most universities are public universities and education standards are good everywhere. We dont generally rank university with such things. So apply to all relevant ones. There is NONE who always accepts students with bad grades
