Final grade of first degree

Hallo everybody,
I have Bachelor degree in Business English and a bad degree which is 3.23. I would like to take Master Degree in English here in Germany, but I am scared chances are really low because of my bad grade. Do you know if there is any possibility I may enroll in Master with such degree?

I am looking for admission in German public universities for masters in computer science but problem is I am having 6.58 GPA in my btech degree. I am having 1.2 years of experience as a Software Engineer and did 1 internship in same field also.
My IELTS score is 7.5. Can any please help me regarding this. How much chances currently I have or what I can do to increase my chances.
