| Beschreibung: | • Independent planning, execution and assessment of experimental development activities on a bench scale and a pilot plant scale unit in the field of thermal oil winning from oil shale• Analysis and presentation (in English) of the process oriented test results• Writing internal and external (for Customers) test reports in English
• Independent optimization and further development of existing testing facilities – bench scale and pilot plant scale units • Assisting in the planning, execution and assessment activities of test work in a pilot plant • Further development of the suitable testing method • Supervising third party workers • Working closely with customers, vendors and external laboratories • Eventual limited foreign deployment to assist during commissioning activities

| Anforderungen: | • Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, respectively Chemistry, Materials Science or Process Engineering• Work experience in the field of applied experimental process development desirable• High own initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Good team- and communication skills • Very good spoken and written English
