Investigation and Quantification of Aging Effects in Solder Joints Used in Automotive Electronics
Preparation of resin-epoxy samples for Light Microscopy & SEM investigations
Development of a methodology for statistical evaluation of aged-solder material
Your competencies and qualifications:
Student of mechanical engineering or economic sciences
Programming (Java) skills would be a strong advantage
The ability to work in independent and creative manner
Passion for details
Experience in epoxy-sample preparation and investigation would be a strong advantage
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Start: immediate start possible
Length of this internship: 6 months
