Your task

• Consulting, planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
• Development of practice-oriented solution scenarios including documentation
• Support in the pre-sales phase
• Control, coordination and execution of service contracts
• Troubleshooting in 2nd-3rd level support

your profile

• Technical degree or a comparable training (e.g. IT specialist – system integration or information electronics technician)
• Relevant work experience
• Faible for virtualization (server / desktop)
• Experience in the inclusion and implementation of customer requirements in IT concepts and solutions
• Knowledge of managing and executing your own service contracts
• Structured project management
• Conceptual strength, independence and customer orientation
• Confident and friendly demeanor, ability to work in a team and willingness to develop further
• Service and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Certifications related to Microsoft and VMware desired
• Driving permit B Motorcars / minivans (alternative: Driver License 3)
• Very good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
