Norwegian Government offers Quota Scheme for Developing Countries’ Students in Norway. The scheme normally includes courses taught in English at Master’s and PhD level, in addition to certain professional degrees at selected Norway Universities. The International Council of Ophthalmology is offering approximately 60 fellowships in ophthalmology. These three-month fellowships provide young ophthalmologists from developing countries training in several subspecialties in ophthalmology. The fellowships will include S$6000 (maximum) to cover travel and living expenses. The application deadline is March 31 and September 30 each year.
