Job description
- You build long-term relationships with the decision-makers and specialist departments of our customers
- They represent GMS and are actively involved in decision-making processes from day one
- They understand the customer requirements for the project and define the required technical competence of the consultants for the purposeful support of our customer
- They actively support the personnel selection processes and the support of the consultants
- They are further expanding our competence center and are actively involved in personal coaching and in the individual career development of the counselors
requirements
- Completed degree in economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable degree program
- IT-affinity and ideally interest in banking / finance environment
- Motivating personality, persuasiveness, communicative talent and energy
- Very good and safe language in German and English (additional foreign languages of advantage)
