| Job Description: | In our 6-week training program will teach you how we implement major projects at Avanade. Following the training, you work in a team with experienced colleagues on your first project at the customer. • The 6-week trainee program is carried out at our location in Kronberg. Their actual location is up to you (see above). • During the program you will receive practical training to you step by step to the activity as an IT consultant to prepare. You will receive an introduction to the Avanade Consulting methodology, deepening the basics of C # programming and the Microsoft .NET Framework and develop solution scenarios using the example of specific customer requirements. • After training, you start as Microsoft junior consultant in the areas of Application Development, Collaboration (SharePoint ) or Data and Analytics (Business Intelligence) in our customer projects. Here you will advise the project team, our national and international customers throughout the IT project lifecycle – from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing and documentation. |
| Your profile: | • Degree IT-related (computer science, business) or a comparable education (eg IT specialist application development) • Initial experience in object-oriented programming (C #, VB.NET) and / or SharePoint, for example through internships • Good analytical and conceptual skills, willingness to learn and high commitment • Excellent communication skills in German and English • customer orientation, learning and willingness to travel |
