      Hi,

      I have completed my Masters in India and now I’m pursuing my second masters in Germany. I am in my second semester and I have applied for a PhD program which I have higher chances of getting in based on my first Masters degree. Can I change my Student VISA which has my Masters course and university to a VISA that is for PhD (Work VISA) and How?
