We would like to invite you from Lachtal Opening 2012, the famous Ski & Snowboard season opening festival, organised for International students of different European universities. The event is to be held in Lachtal, Austria from the 6th to the 9th of December 2012.
-4 day/3 days skiing/3 nights

ACCOMMODATION:
Monarchia Park****
A brand new apartment complex. Our participant will be accommodated in two room, 6 bedded apartments apartments. All is equipped with tv, own bathroom, full kitchen, balcony. An apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed for two persons + a living room with a double sofa a kitchen corner, a bathroom and a terrace, sat TV, ski box.
The apartment complex has a pool, a bar&restaurant, and sauna as well.. !
You don’t have to be six people coming together as you can choose between bed in shared apartment and private apartment for you and for the ones you travel with. If you don’t want other people in the apartment, empty beds can be booked for a fee of 100 euros/bed.
GETTING THERE:
We organise trasfers by coach from the different cities that you can can choose from the list during the sign-up process!
From other places you can get there on your own, or by reaching the cities above. It you can organize a local group from your friends, we will be happy to organize transfer by minibus/coach for you!! The closest airports are Vienna, Graz, Bratislava and Budapest.

Prices DO NOT include:
– ski rental
– safety deposit (20€/person, at the end of the trip you will get it back in case of no damage)
– wellness (5€ each in case of self service)
– half-board (for 21€/day you can order it)
– travel by coach for two ways:
German cities-Lachtal and back 90 €/person
Linz, Salzburg-Lachtal and back 90 €/person
Italian, Slovenian cities and back 80 €/person
Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Graz and back 40 €/person
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
You can sign-up on Eventbrite with your Visa/Master Card by buying the registration ticket of 90 euros. It serves as a non refundable safety deposit to prove your serious willingness to participate on the trip and it makes part of the total cost. The rest of the participation fee is to be paid by cash on the coach.
