| Beschreibung: | This position is located in Shanghai where BASF is establishing an Innovation Campus. You will start a 6-12 months training at our research facilities in Germany and continue your research activities within our Asian internatonal research teams in Shanghai, China.In close co-operation with our product development department, you will develop new and optimize existing polymer processes and transfer new products from lab-scale to pilot and production scale. You will be responsible for a professional project management. You will also plan and elaborate innovative research projects and will make intensive use of the internal expertise.
Beyond this, you will extend your research network by establishing contacts with contractors, universities and research institutes. |
| Anforderungen: | You have earned a PhD degree in process or chemical engineering or process technology and are now looking for a new challenge. You already gained sound knowledge in one of the following areas: polymers, reaction engineering, chemical process engineering or thermal process engineering/thermodynamics (heat and mass transfer), process modeling. You demonstrate a high level of creativity and personal initiative along with excellent English communication skills. Furthermore, you feel comfortable with working and communicating in interdisciplinary teams. |
