The International Department of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology gGmbH is a private service facility at KIT and offers in its five schools international, English-language study programs in close cooperation with industry.

Student assistant for the Karlsruhe School of Optics and Photonics
We are looking for a motivated student assistant for the following tasks :
- Support in course management and in the selection process of international students
- Support of international students from the initial information to the course of studies
- Organizing courses, seminars, symposiums and fairs
- Statistical evaluations using Excel and Powerpoint
I hr profile :
We expect in-depth knowledge in all MS Office products, especially Excel, as well as very good English and German language skills. You should feel like working in a team and independently. There should also be a high level of commitment and organizational talent.
Our offer:
After a training, you become part of a team that works with passion for the KSOP. If you have the appropriate profile, you will receive your own projects, which you can supervise with great personal responsibility. We offer a very friendly and team-oriented environment with beverage supply.
The cooperation as a student assistant is 40 hours a month, if possible on two fixed days a week, which we define together. We would like to point out that we value a long-term cooperation of at least one year. Interruptions through internships, semester abroad, etc. of course are possible after agreement!
