START IN Coatings for Technical Graduates (m/f)
What you can expect: Coating materials from BASF Coatings protect surfaces and give them color and luster. When it comes to automotive OEM paints, automotive refinish products and coatings for industrial applications, we are the global player in the coatings industry.
For a duration of 18 up to 24 months you will have the opportunity to prove your abilities and gain experience within different company operations (i.e. Technical Service, Technical Marketing, Engineering, Account & Product Management) and in challenging projects. This offers you the chance to become familiar with the variety of company operations before deciding on your target position.
Temporary placement in a foreign country or corporate unit is an optional element in the program. The starting date is flexible. |
| Anforderungen: | What we expect:We are looking for self-starting, committed candidates who will enjoy working with business and technology interfaces and continually develop the company through their commitment. You have a higher degree (Master) with achievements above average in Chemical Engineering with a major in Process- or Coatings- or Polymer-Technology. In addition, you can show impressive educational achievements to date and relevant industrial placements. You are characterized by a confident manner, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in teams and a high level of social acumen. Good negotiating skills in English, an additional foreign language is desirable, at least intermediate German and intercultural orientation are important. Your flexibility and mobility makes your application perfect.
