TUM MSPE Online Application Guide

1- on the top right corner, change the language to english
2- create an applicant account using a valid email address. keep this email safe as all correspondance will be thru this email only
3- create only one account and if there is some mistake in the application, contact it-support@tum.de and get it corrected.
4- u can urself edit and modify the application before submission. once u submit, u cannot modify it urself. contact it-support.
Step by step procedure

Start of course – Winter semester
Personal data – fill in ur details
Postal address – its the correspondance address at which the letter of admission and other docs from TUM will be sent. Also, check the box which states that ur correspondance address is identical with ur home address. Once you arrive here in
Munich, you have to change this address to ur current munich address.
Photo for ID – (optional) upload the photo which u want to have on ur TUM card. If u dont have it at the moment, u can upload it later when u get the admission.
Health Insurance – Select the option “I dont know”
Select degree program –
Type of studies – Master’s program
Intended degree – Master of Science
Degree course – Power Engineering
Form of studies – Consecutive Master program
Entrance semester – 1
Higher education entrance qualification
select the 2nd option “foreign higher education entrance qualification”
Type – general qualification for university entrance
Name of certificate – Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or the name of written on ur cert of FSc/Intermediate
Date of certificate – select the date on ur marksheet or cert
Average grade – write ur grade as mentioned on the certificate
Name of school – Name of college
Location of school – city
Country – pakistan
Province – sindh, punjab etc
Academic Background
Add degree
Country – Pakistan
University – Name of uni
Intended degree – Bachelor of Science BS/ Bachelor of Engineering BE
Form of studies – First Degree
Major 1 – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
Major 2 – Energy / Power
Semester – select the whole 4 year semester duration
Status – if BS/BE has been completed, fill same details in intermediate and final exam if not completed, then fill the details of latest semester in intermediate exam
Further information – optional and no weightage except a relevant professional education.
Passport – upload the passport or alternatively u can attach a copy with the form
Evidence of student health insurance – not required for assessment
Resume – upload ur cv in table format or u can attach a print with the form
Letter of motivation – upload ur letter of motivation or u can attach a print with the form
Evidence of language skills – select the 4th option “degree cert from an english speaking educational establishment” or if u have taken IELTS, select IELTS and enter ur score. use “comma” instead of “dot” for e.g, 6.5 will be written as 6,5

Application Review –
Check all details and amend if necessary
Submit – click on send after carefully checking the application
Documents – You will recieve a checklist of all documents which u have to send for assessment.
Application form – After sending the application, u will get a link to print ur application. take a print out and sign it.
Attach all the reqd docs with proper attestation and send the application to the following address. The last date to send the docs is 31st may each year.
