The University of East Anglia is offering partial and full scholarships for international students. The scholarships are for Masters Degree in International development courses offered by the School of International Development.

International Development Full Fees Scholarship for All International Students – A full fee award may be offered to one international taught applicant

International Development Partial Fees Scholarships for students from Japan, Korea, Mexico Brazil, Philippines, and USA – partial fee awards may be offered to students from Japan (2 scholarships of £3000), Korea (1 scholarship of £4000), Mexico (1 scholarship of £4000), Brazil (1 scholarship of £4000), Philippines (1 scholarship of £4000) and USA (1 scholarship of £3000)

International Development Full Fees Scholarship for African Students – A full fee award may be offered to one African applicant

Eligibility Criteria:

The scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence (e.g. first class degree) and their personal statement.

For African scholarship applicants, it is also conditional on a statement of their current employer who commits to providing a stipend to cover living expenditures as well as to employing the student again after the study.

Deadline for applications are 15 March 2014 (all international students), 30 April 2014 (Japan, Korea, Mexico Brazil, Philippines, and USA) and 15 May 2014 (Africans).
