Office Hours: Mon-Fri. 09-11 Clock / Week
Location: Munich Riem (good public accessibility of S2)
Fee: 12 € / hour

Tasks:

 

• Support of the IT department in the First Level Support

 

• User receive inquiries (phone and email) and coordinate (possibly independent processing or forwarding to the IT colleagues)

 

• Working hours Mon-Fri 09-11 Clock

Requirements:

• Technology-affinity

 

• Technical educational background would be great, but is not required

 

• Friendly, open demeanor
