To complete the account-opening process, please carry out the following:
Check that your online application has been completed in full and in doing so, take particular
note of the following:
■ You must provide your home address and e-mail address.
■ Print out two copies of the application form (one of the copies is for your records).
■ The application form to open an account must be signed in the presence of an embassy official.
■ Hand in the completed application form to the German embassy in person. Please also bring along
your passport and, if available, a letter of confirmation (copy) from your university/language school.
The embassy will certify the application form to open an account and the copy of your passport.
The German embassy, or you personally, then sends all of the documents that you have signed (the
certified copy of your official identification, the certified application form to open an account and where
available, the letter of confirmation from your university/language school) to the following address:

Unfortunately we have to inform you, that we cannot open the account.
We provide this product for foreign students age 30 years or younger only.

i filled my form and authenticated it by the embassy and sent it to the bank , after week they sent me an email that there is an incorrect data and told me to sent them the form again with correct data
And they said ” Confirmation of german embassy is not nescessary”
I filled they form again and sent it to them but this time I was given a reject email. There response was that

The account opening form you submitted is not filled in completely and correctly and is therefore in accordance with applicable regulations not valid.
You did not attach the required evidence of the source of funds to the account opening documents.
We offer this product only for foreign students who have a place to study in Germany.
An admission letter or a certificate of a language school has to be attached mandatory.
If you are furthermore interested in opening a blocked account for foreign students please send us complete and new authenticated account opening documents.
Thank you for your understanding and your interest in our products.
My question now is can I get a sample of a completely filled account opening form so that I will not repeat the same mistake?

In the new blocked account application form they are asking to mention name of PEP (politically exposed person) if we are close to them. If we are not, what to indicate in that column?

These days since the winter semester is arriving almost 4 to 6 weeks.
Three months is really a huge time. Dont know how the students are going to make it in time!!!

Nope, nothing. They just send an email when it is something wrong the rest we have to wait. When do you start your class?

As Adriana has pointed out, you should wait. If all the documents were complete you would get the account opened. It is always very stressful when your classes are near and your account is still not opened. and there is hardly anyone can do , rather then wait!..

After being rejected by DB twice, the third time I went to the embassy I confirm with them that everything was in place before I mail it to DB, but after 4 weeks of waiting, DB suddenly reject my application saying that my form is incomplete(this time I am 100% sure it is complete, and I confirm with the embassy many times and even ask them to check for me), I do not know what to do if they keep on rejecting my application for no reason, not even a picture to show me which part is incomplete. I need the visa by 20th september before the winter semester I need to go Germany to complete my exchange program……What can I do? Is there any way else to prove that I got enough money to support myself in Germany? Can I ask for an exemption from the embassy, and open the bank account when I reach there

They just say incomplete form but I cannot remmember which part is incomplete, in fact I confirmed with the embassy many times before I mailed it

my blocked account is opened in Deutsche Bank but i have sent a supplementary form without deposit the money, i deposit the money after i sent the supplementary form do i have to send another supplementary form after the amount is deposited,
another question how many days it will take to confirm me after the supplementary form delivered.
