You application is under processing , so you need to wait. If everything is okay , they might ask you for a new Letter for that course , inorder to get visa , or they might reject you if you fail to do so. I think you should ask your college to differ your admission of your course to next possible intake.

All you can do is to wait about this.

This is not true. There is a centeral thing like if due to some security reason one schengen state flags your name for it , you will be rejected by all the schengen states.

BUT if you apply for study visa and the rejection reason is lack of motivation , this should not cause any trouble. I know people who got rejected by france , finland , and got visa in germany and belgium , so dont worry.

I dont think this can cause huge issue’s. I think just go for it and IF they ask that is problem , you can change it later on. If they dont say it is a problem , you should still go ahead and correct those.

Okay , i guess you can appeal then , because you can say that your master doesnt make you eligible for PHD in Germany. Do mention this , and if it still doesnt work then you can re-apply with a new application , pehraps in a differed university.

I dont think you need to worry alot , did you explain to them what your course is about and what you will study? with this question they want to see how motivated and excited you are about to study the course.
If everything else went well , just one question could not be the primary cause of visa rejection

Welcome to our website. Generally it is not possible , even if something like this happens , transactipns can be reversed. To close the account written permission from German embassy is required , so it is highly unlikely
