Sorry to hear about your rejection. Have you applied for admission in some other university or this is the only admission you have. I am not sure if they would re-consider it and process it so fast.
Even if you win the case , you would need to have a valid admission letter for them to issue you a visa so , if you dont have , i dont see any chance for it.But you can nevertheless try , but dont keep your hopes too high for this. and at last i would like to tell you that Germany isnt the end of the world , there are pretty more other countries and uni’s one can apply to. So look for alterantives as well.

It is very hard to say. The problem is , the visa issuing guys of germany are not competent in order to decide if your change of program is actually going to help you or not. They sometime make stupid decisions regardless of you being eligible to get the visa.
If you were not competent enough , the university which gave you admission should not have given you admission in first place. But anyway it is how it goes in germany and i know it sucks.The visa officer gives the preliminary remarks about your visa application and there are alot of other departments also involved in the process as well , so i think dont worry but also dont keep your hopes too high also as german visa is sometime hit and a miss situation.
I personally think you gave a correct answer that you wish to study what you have interest it and it is stupid to continue something if you dont have any interest in it.

If your spouse is on the blue card in germany , you dont have to do A1 level german. For all other categories you must produce basic knowledge of german on level A1 for the spouse visa.

You can try to use a foreign currency account of your friend or someone you know. it takes about 2 days to transfer and one week for DB to send you the statement.For creating the new thread when you goto http://germanystudy.net/forums/ , you will see the forums , click one of them and at the bottom you will be able to create a new topic.

For your admission letter , it looks like you can matrikulate until feb of next year( i am not sure) . 6.2.2015.
So you will have quite alot of time to follow up on this. Just apply for the visa ,you wont know the outcome , if you wont apply.

Welcome to our website. If your programme is in English language , you DONOT need any german language skills for your visa application.German embassy/consulate requires 6 banks of IELTS in this case. though once you are in germany , you would need basic german for day to day life.Dont trust what consultants say , they dont work in the embassy or in the German government.
It is generally said that you wont survive in germany without german skills , this isnt actually the case , as i have seen many people without good german and have been living here. German’s are evolving and the young generation here can speak and understand english.

What is the last date of enrollment there? If it has more enrollment time , do mention it to the embassy.
Furthermore , you do not need the english CNIC. Also also about the rejection , well i am not sure , you have to apply and see!
