Requirements profile

How does the programme work?

The International Graduate Programme offers a comprehensive 15 month rotational based programme, through the banks key business areas. This specialism will focus on Wealth & Asset Management divisions across our multiple German offices. You will initially be based in our London office to complete a six-week classroom based training course, designed to help you prepare for your career at Berenberg. You will then be able to tailor your programme to match your individual interests and career aspirations by completing different rotations across the bank, with a focus on Wealth and Asset Management.

There will be on going training and feedback sessions and you will be enrolled into a programme of study for a professional qualification relevant for your future position. This unique opportunity allows you to gain a truly holistic overview of this thriving international bank, before carefully selecting one of our Wealth and Asset Management teams in Germany you wish to join permanently.
