Hennig DRUG-based Florsheim am Main is a modern and independent pharmaceutical company with over 100 years of tradition and 280 employees.For our IT department we are looking for a student assistant front-end (m / f) in the field of system and network administration.

You should bring:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• German and English spoken and written
• Communication skills
• quick wit and ability to work independently
• friendly nature and occurrence
• Network expertise desirable

Your responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of Windows XP, Win7, Windows products (Office, Outlook, etc.)
• good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Participation in the 1st to 3rd Level Support
• Monitoring the client-side IT infrastructure
• Reporting and documentation of all relevant operating conditions
• Participation in the preparation of IT specifications, specification sheets, specifications and IT concepts
• Participation in the preparation and execution of test scenarios (test load, disaster test, acceptance test)
• Tasks in the update and patch management
• Take proactive operational assurance measures
• Responsible for the operation of the entire front-end portion (for example, clients, printers, scanners, etc.)
