7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.

Aoa…. i applied for the cancellation of Birthcertificate as per embassy requirement cancellation process is in process get confirmation of cancellation from union cou ncil….but pending from nadra end my question is in the meanwhile may i apply for new birthcertificate or i have to wait for the cancellation confirmation from nadra as well…

Kia mujhay koi bata sakta hai k jaisay punjab mai late birth certificate according to law bananay ka tareeqa thora diificult hai like age asssessment aur kuch aur formalities b poori karni parti hain. Tou kia KPK mai b yahe law hai? Mujhay lawyer ne batya k ye law sirf punjab me hai, kpk mai simple hai jaisay k affidavit, father id card aur educational document jam karwa do, apko ussi din ya next day mil jata hai. Mujha koi ye cheez comfirm kar de plz? Lawyer ne batya k kpk mai late birth certificate bananay ka yahe tareeeqa hai simple wala. Punjab aur sindh mai sirf mushkil hai. Confirm please?

Sorry to say but you might get objection on telephonic nikah as it is not acceptable in German embassy ..you need power of attorney,,court orders kinda things

I applied on feb 15- got appointment email on May 28 and got the date of July 11.

I think ABH is the authority to verify about tha job because embassy can’t do this so always behorde send the report about any issue if it is about job so don’t think so it is important to inform embassy
dont submit until they ask u while abh is resposible for ur income verification

You should go to the embassy according to the time which they mentioned on your email of objection.on my they mentioned monday and tuesday
And plz tell me one thing may i applied for the new one birth certificate while my old birthcertifcate cancellation is in processs.

I think we did not understand what they have demanded.
They put the objection on the birth register of UC.
My daughter’ s birth certificate was with normal inderaaj. I mean we make the inderaaj in UC with in three weeks of birth.
We got the court order according to the objection but did not done late entry birth procedure. Now I don’t know what they will do?

The birth certificate is registered as normal with in 60 days of birth so it’s normal not late proccess and i am not sure what the objection uc has made in your case ,your daughter certificate didn’t need the late process

Ji, wo Email jo Kuch din pehly Kisi ny share ki thi, exactly I got the same objection. But my letter from Embassy was in Deutsch. Because they sent it to my lawyer.
Us main unhoon ny Likha k register ki entry purani Nahi lagti bla bla. Than they recommended that to get court order to remove that entry and re enter again with late entry procedure. So we got court order and give it to UC and they removed old entry and have done new entry according to court order. Than they issued new birth certificate with entry date 2 April 2018 and issue date 7 April 2018 and status Normal entry. We asked them to write late entry but they said it is not late entry so they can not change it.
So that’s why I am confused that what to do now?
Should I now follow the late entry procedure to save time?
And am really don’t know what is that procedure.
