7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.

Lawyer can help you but you have to full fill the requirements in some how while you need to complete course then you can but i think your deutsch is automatically good enough when you are for longer period there in your case i don’t exactly how long you have been there

Did someone registered his/her marriage in Standesamt in germany before applying for the family reunion Visa?
I applied the registration 7 months ago. The inquiry people came 2 months ago, we are still waiting for the registration.
there is no need to register marriage in standesamt if you are married in pakistan.. once your spouse gets visa then you can register in standesamt easily

My wife applied 6 months back and then lawyer visited on 3rd Jan, 2018 but after that no feedback from Embassy. We asked multiple times too but always the same reply that please wait, its still in process.

I have court order now and i went to the uc on lahore to cancel my birthcertificate he said you have to make an application and then go to main head office where they will send report to Islamabad after that they will assign one of the agent of Nadra who will visit here in uc for cancellation then you have to make your new birthcertificate to that uc where you are living now .. because it is not your residential area we will just cancel it. Any body has experienced about it
yes my friend had same experience .. you need to visit nadra regional headoffice near expo center johar town go to crms department and fill out a cancellation form. they will send someone to uc to cancel it .. use some money the process will be quicker

3-4 weeks but if you give him some money they can send someone to your uc with in a week to delete birth entry

thanx family reunion. u have idea my husband is british national and is doing 2 jobs there in germany and my daughters have british nationality they are with me in pakistan i applied on 12 of april lawyer came on 8 th may he told everything is ok but still no response because german lawyer told my husband that in my case it will take 3 -4 weeks. ABH gives any information if my husband go there.
when i have applied my wife was pregnant but still they took long as usual like about 6 months . german embassy in pakistan is quite busy these days so i guess they will take 6 months atleast in your case too

they didnt asked me to bring insurance or anything other than passport so i went in at 8 and got my passport back at 11:15
Is it necessary to visit Nadra for cancellation or union council do it from their end??? I will get court order on 9th june but confused what to do next first….
you need to visit nadra regional headoffice and go to crms department with your birth certificate and court order and fill out a cancellation form. they will send someone to uc to cancel it ..

I called Nadra regional headoffice they said you just need to submitt court order in union council our cocern person will delete it when union council will say to delete… no need to submitt separate application.
Today i was in nadra office they give me paper to fill it up and said bring it after stamp from secreatry and there was one application i have provided that was attested from secreatry he said you have to attest it from chairman as well such a bed experience i was not expecting .. i though may be i have to fill the form there and submit there he said no you have ti stamp ir from secreatry and one thing more in form there was one thing realated to application so i will be the applicant and registered person as well please suggest thanks and what should i entre in the line applicant relation with registered person im talking about the nadra cancellation form please help

I think the first thing your husband should do after reaching Germany is to get registered in City Office (Bürgerburo) then according to the visa duration. In the mean time apply for Health Insurance (Krankenversicherung). These two things are the most important to extend the visa from Foreigners Office (Aüsländerbehörde).

My wife applied in August 2017, then we had some issues with Birth Certificate but then in the start of december the documents got completed. Lawyer visited on 3rd of Jan 2018. And now we are just waiting everytime when we ask they tell that its in process.

haider bhai my husband went to ABH today they told him that my file is with them embassy has not send any decision yet . and they said if i visit embassy then may be they give some information and if they need any document then embassy will ask me. it depends upon luck .

Nahin Dobara enquiry nahin hui. Hum say dobara birth certificate mngwaya tha in december and then they said kay apka process ab start ho ga. After that 3 jan ko lawyer aya tha. So in my wife’s case the visa process started in December 2017.
Now its been more than 6 months we are still waiting.

I’ve applied for the renunciation certificate at the consulate general of Pakistan in frankfurt. But I read on the website of the consulate general that Once certificate arrival at the consulate is confirmed an applicant must bring the original CNIC/NICOP/CRC, along with its cancellation fee recipt ( paid and generated online) now I’m confused what kind of process do I need to make at the website of NADRA , kindly pls guide me through it ? what should I do ?

Two days ago, my German lawyer sent them a Fax and inquire about the visa status of my daughter. Today, I called in the Embassy and asked about it. They said it would s still in process and we can’t tell you how long it will take more.
They said wait for the reply of that fax. Because Embassy will surely reply to the German lawyer. So will have to wait. Let’s see what will comes next. Inshallah Allah behtar kary ga.
I am waiting for Lawyer to come since 2 months, the interview was on 28th of March, still, no contact from Embassy or Lawyer, How much time lawyer takes to visit the family??
