7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.

Kia mera birth certificate problem create kar sakta hai ? Husband ka birth certificate bhi lety hain ya nhe family re-union ke duran ? Mery birth certificate par entry to late hai but entry status normal likha hua hai.
Its better to correct it….embassy ks kuch pta ni or han family visa k ly husband ka birthcertificate required hai
Capricon thanks for your reply. How would it be corrected ? And mery saray study certificates par yehi date of birth hai. Entry is about 6 years late or yeh 1993 ki baat hai aaj kal ki nhe. Aus time itna dehan nhe deta tha koi birth certificates par unless somebody asks for it.
Agar apk Birthcertifcate pa date change hai or baki documents or is card pa same hai to birthcertificate pa change krwa lyn but you need to follow the proper procedure take order from court for the cancellation of old one then medical MS Certificate attestation of form from concern dept.new entry of Birthcertificate…. and plz ask to some expert as well…
Date of birth har document pe wohi hai jo birth certificate pe hai. Main sirf birth certificate ke data entry ka keh raha hon jo ke padaish ke kch saal baad ki hai. Anyone here jisne December 2017 ma Family Reunion Visa apply kia ho aur usko visa call a gae ho. My wife has applied for visa and its around 6 months and still no visa call. I also confirmed from the auslaenderbehoerde here in Germany they say they are waiting for response from Islamabad Germany Embassy for documents verification. What should I do next ? Should I contact Islamabad Germany Embassy ?
I applied on 27 dec and received objection on 28 april….. one of my friend applied on 20th nov. She faced the same as u mentioned above and she received same reply from auslaenderbehoerde.
Thats bad, I haven’t seen anyone around here who got the visa who applied in period Nov-Dec 2017. If anyone who got the visa can inform us with useful information.

i have called auslanderbehorde they said we are waiting for reply of embassy.that they have not sent us the marriage inquiry report..when they will recieve the report then they will call me and send reply to embassy for issuance of visa.

– Yes we already knew that they need birth certificate and we used our normal birth certificates, I didn’t knew about this late entry issue. But I think we were lucky not to stuck in this problem.
– The lawyer is responsible for performing a physical visit to examine if the marriage is not fake and he also confirms marriage from UC and he has to submit his research about you to the Embassy,
– Questions from Lawyer:
— Questions about marriage, when, where and how rishta happened.?
— Do you have child?
— Are you pregnant?
— Is it your first marriage?
— Ghr ma kon kon ha bhen bhai kon kia krta?
— And yeh jo sawal puche aik A4 paper pe declaration b likhwaya k hamari rukhsati nae hui only nikah hua and rukhsati is date ko ho ge.
— Also the lawyer looked laalchi but he didn’t demand for money.

Did they (embassy) ask for your birth certificate as well ? I don’t have any clue what is late entry and normal entry. My entry date is quite late in the birth certificate, but entry status is normal ( I don’t know what does it mean ). Did you also had that problem ? Kindly elaborate a little bit on this issue if you have information. I have already asked about that in the forum, but I can’t reach any concrete conclusion.
One of my friend whose wife got visa last year that he never submitted his birth certificate to the embassy. He is a blue card holder and his wife got visa in 3 to 4 months.

My wife applied earlier but we provided embassy with my birth certificate in december so we also applied in december. The lawyer visited on 3rd of Jan, 2018. I have submitted my documents here in ABH but no visa call and no information from Embassy. No idea when they will issue the visa. Let us know if you get any information from embassy. We called Embassy and ABH many times but same information that it is still in process.
My situation is exactly same as yours, we applied on 13 Dec, lawyer visit was in 1st week of january, I submitted my documents in ABH in February. We haven’t contacted anyone for visa status. We are waiting until 6 months are complete. Since, after 6 months embassy is obliged to inform about the status. So we I will contact them when the time completes.
I hope we all will get a positive response from Embassy before eid InshaALLAH ….

one of my friends has finnisch citizenship and he works here in germany.he called his wife from pakistan last year.you have to provide all the documents and full fill all the rewuirments except language proficiency test.
my husband is british national and british nationals are allowed to live in any other country in europe he has same rights in eurpoe which he has in uk.He is doing job in germany kids are also british nationals and are with me in pakistan. i have applied for family reunion on 12 th of april and lawyer came for enquiry on 8 th of may after 26 days of application submission. Is it easy to get visa if all family members are british on their behalf and my marriage and birth certificates are ok.

no this is my first time i applied for spouse visa of germany i have not went to uk.
keep in account that u have to full fill all requirments regarding german spouse visa accept language proficiency test.normallay europeans or britians dont need to provide proof of job but they ask same.my friend did not submit his pay slips because for eu nationals or citizens there is no need to submit but they blocked his application.after that he contacted to finish authorties n they helped him out to solve the issue.

My wife applied in dec then the lawyer visited in Jan 2018. Now no information about the visa until now. When we asked embassy about the status then the last status they provided us was that its in immigration and wait….
when there is no objection then they give visa in 6th month after interview.my wife was presented at embassy of germany in islamabad on 3rd january,lawyer came on 13th january.after that we are waiting for reply.

Normally embassy takes 3months or so in giving you a 2months later appointment date. So, be patient.
