7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.

Hmm , not sure. Normally it should be possible but you must leave get the re-union visa and re-enter as it is not allowed to extend the Visit Visa. Better ask the embassy!

Everybody has different situation that’s why can not say more about it. Only a German lawyer can help you if your wife’s status is okay to apply for a family reunion visa.

hi my husband is british national and settled in germany my daughters are also british national and are with me in pakistan i have applied for family reunion on 12th of april could you please tell me that how long it take for processing in my case and is there any way to track file.
it will almost take 1.5-2 month to you to recieve your confirmation email..and in email they will give you appointmet of exactly coming 1 or 1.5 month.
so average it takes total 3 months from applying to going for interview.
(you will recieve your confirmation email between june 1st to almost 15 june)

you need it from family side anyway . which consist of your family tree your parents and siblings
you need both with your family and with your spouse. you dont need to convert anything. just go to nadra and tell them you need with your family and spouse both..they will issue you both.

If Husband has blue card, then his wife don’t need any A1 otherwise, it is compulsory.

I have applied family reunion visa for my daughter 15 years old) on 29 August and lawyer comes for inquiries on 14,15 September. I got objection letter on 18 January from abh and embassy. I am living in Germany but Ausländerbehörde did not call me for any inquiry. I have submitted all my German documents at the time of visa application.
Meri daughter Ka same objection lagaya. Unhon ny Likha, birth certificate asal hy lekin birth register ky papers and ink fresh lagti hy. Go to court and remove that birth entry with court order and re-enter it in the birth register. My daughter born on 24.04.02 and we registered her in the union council on 5.5.02. is it a late entry? I don’t know because it was written on the nadra birth certificate as normal entry.i got objection letter via my German lawyer on 18 Jan and I have submitted court order + new birth certificate on 10.04.18 with again 30000 RP. till now no body have contacted us. My question is will they contact us again for the inquiry or they will inquire it from union council and Court without bothering us?
And how long will it take maximum for the second inquiry?
Also I want to mention that, the objection letter I got was from Ausländerbehörde and embassy has sent that letter via fax to my lawyer. Does it mean that they already have done inquiry from Germany? I am worried that how long will it take more?

Go to a competent lawyer and give him the translated copy of objection letter. Than ask him to file a petition in a civil court for the declaration of the data according to the objection in the letter. He will file an application in the court and court will follow the already set procedure. They will call Nadra, uc and news paper publication and witnesses from your side.
Than they will decide the case. It is a procedure of two to three months depending on your lawyer and the judge. But you can accelerate it with qaied e azam, by getting short dates from the court.
When you get your court order give it to UC and they will correct it accordingly and will issue you a new birth certificate. Hope you understand all the procedure.
