7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.

Meri beti ny A1 nahi Kia hy, because she was 15 while applying visa that’s why she is exempted from that. And A1 is valid for forever. Don’t worry about that. my wife applied for family reunification visa.she was presented in embassy on 3rd january 2018 and at that time they accepted all the documents and lawyer has completed his work on 13rh january 2018.In april on 3rd week my wife recieved a call and the person said i am from german embassy and we have recieved your papers from germany and I have some questions to ask and he asked the same questions on telephone,which were asked on the time of interview.at the end of conversation he said you have truly answered all the questions and disconnected the line.now three weeks are passed after that call and now they dont reply on telephone or email.please guide me about our case.we should wait or hire a lawyer here in Germany.

6 months almost from submission of documents
Aoa, I did femily reunion online registeration on 30th march. Till now I have not received email confirming date of appointment. Can anyone tell how much i have to wait futher more for the email.

I had applied on feb mid and still i had not received any appointment date, I contacted a person from embassy today he said I am following a wrong email, I got this email:

He told me to apply again as i am supposed to receive another email confirmation whether i want an appointment or not in 2-3 days which I have to reply with yes or no than they will assign me an available slot.

u will receive second mail.u have to confirm that mail that u will be present in embassy on the given date.we were registerd on 5/10/2017 and got the second mail at the end of november 2017 and interview was taken on 3rd january

my wife was presented in embassy on 3rd january 2018.lawyer has completed his work on 13th january.we received a call from embassy on 26th april and they asked the same questions which were asked during interview and inquiry.now four and half months are passed but they didnt called for visa.
So that means at start we just get one mail and than after few weeks or months we will get the appointment date and we will have to confirm whether we are coming or not.

Hi i have applied for family reunion visa in august 2017 all inquries have done .but embassy is not issuing visa.my husband visited office in germnay twice they replied that have sent it already. They told that you will get visa within one month but now its been 2 months but embassy is not replying my emails..
Hi Samar, I think, if your husband write an email to the embassy with you case file number and inquire about the status, than they will surely answer him. If not than ask your husband to hire a German lawyer who can inquire and do the proper procedure to get you visa. They are just delaying.
We contacted them many times they dont reply. in germny my husbnd visited they said we have sent it again hope you will get it with in week. Already 3 days passed.
Bring your old document with you which embassy gave you on which it mentioned that maximum period is six months for visa process…passport and id card…hope so they will tell you the reason of delay
