7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.

Actully meray saath aik ajeeb tarah ka masla ban gaya ha. I am currently living in Germany. I have applied for marriage in Germany and my all documents were sent to Embassy Islalambad for legalization. Inquiry was done and all documents came back after clearance but embassy wrote in remarks that Birth certificate is ok,but formally incorrect,(mean, there was no age assessment report was created). Ab yahan ki higher coury jo shadi ki ejazat daiti ha us ne embassy kay remarks parh kar case halt kar diya aur kaha k main embassy se raabta karun aur iss malsay ko solve karun.
Kia koi bata sakta ha k iss surat mei kia karna paray ga jab main Pak mei mojood hi nehi tu medical repory kaisay banwaon aur us kay beghair kia dubaara late registration ho gi aur again inquiry?please anyone can share his/her experience in this regards. Thanks

Salam,I want to know that if I’ll apply for spouse visa in may and will start language course after that it could be possible? And approx how long will it take if all documents are complete and are in order as required?
And its mandatory that the lawyer will come to your and your spouse place for investigation?
Normally the language course take minimum 6 months in completion and if you apply in May ajd start course after that then how you will be able to provide your A1 certificate to embassy, Generally when u will apply, the embassy will send an inquiry person to your place of residence and after clearence embassy will contact the aliens office if your husband in Germany and after clearing there you will be issued visa, but only when you will have completed all process and given all required documents.
Please make sure that your birth certificate entry is being done through proper channel legally before applying in embassy

Don’t worry he will come within 1 month or around about.
If embassy create some more issues after completing their requirements or reject your visa then best way is that ask your busband to hire lawyer in Germany and put pressure on embassy through lawyer and aliens office in Germany. In that case embassy will surely give u visa.
I had seen same problem with my sister. My brother in law file case against embassy in German court and court sent order to embassy for issuing of visa. (But only when if your all requirements are completed then!)
Even one person from embassy asking for 80,000 PKR bribery for issuence of visa. But my brother in law said he will do anything to teach lesson to the embassy. He is German and he filed case in Court against embassy. It’s 6 years old story.
I advised to all persons who are dealing with embassy in any case, they shouldn’t take tensions or any kind of fear from embassy. Just enjoy it. If your case is genuine then nobody can reject or avoid you to get visa
Please tell me about the validity Of A1 certificate (actual valid time ) ?
Language certificates have no validity . Some testing centers suggest to repeat it after 2 years. Offices, universities etc can ask to be repeat it yearly

Make sure that the letter your spouse has got is not the one in which ABH asks for submission of documents. It must be visa confirmation letter that they have issued the visa.

letter is in deutsch obviously but translation is like “i have reviewed your application today and happy to give a good news that i have forwarded my consent to german embassy islamabad in favour of visa issuance.” and then they have given details about wohnung anmeldung on arrival in Deutschland and for steps to follow for residence card

applied in islamabad embassy on 17 aug 2017.
laywer visited me on 24th aug 2017.
got an email on 15th jan 2018 to cancel on of the certificate from court order because i had double birth entry. and to submit court order in embassy by 15th april 2018.
submitted court order in embassy on 21 march 2018.
Abh sent visa approval letter on 29th march.
now waiting for visa call

in email they have clearly mentioned there will be no inquiry by their lawyer if i submit the court order and i have just submitted court order. yes, i went personally.
and i didnt submit my birth certificate again as they already had it. they just wanted me to cancel additional birth entry as i had double entry.

you will need insurance of 3months anyway,even if the embassy doesnt ask for it,kindly get it and also take to the embassy just in case

it not works. you income should be 2500 euro and permanent job position. Because in my case my company inform me if job certificate with probation period submitted into ABH. auslanderbehorde reject your wife application.

Alhamdulilah finally got visa. i would suggest everyone if on visa call they do not ask for insurance then do not buy one ( especially for German national spouses). when i received visa call they have asked me to bring only passport and when i went today no one asked for insurance instead they only ask you when do you want to travel so they can issue you visa accordingly. my birth was registered in Metropolitan Corporation Lahore which was normal entry (registered after 1 week of my birth) and another birth entry was made at Uc and it was late entry. so i had to cancel Uc entry by court order
so it means metropoliton birth entry is enough?

A month ago, my wife has submitted her visa for family reunion at German Embassy Islamabad, But at that moment, our two documents were missing so Embassy gave her a receipt where an email address was mentioned to send the missing documents.
She send these documents two weeks after and till now there is no response regarding any confirmation either they have received it or not?
Moreover, almost 5 weeks now and no call from Lawyer, How much time it could take more to receive the call?
Any idea or estimation like normally how much time it takes?

Normaly they don’t reply at all. And lawyer cant say anything some time in one month and some time it can take upto 3 months but normaly he come within 2 months

If you dont have metropolitan means the old version of birth vertificate then medical report as well

yes you need to get cancelled your old one and make new one with medical assesment age test.
and nadra normally do not cancel old one without court order. you need to visit RHO Nadra. ( Regional Head office )

Now you don’t need to worry if you have already one sometimes they make objection sometimes they don’t if you are lucky enough.. or the other way is that cancel this one and submit new one with medical verification .. then you need to submit it in embassy but if you already have an appointment and dont have much time then let it to ne as it is and wait for good response inshallah everything is gonna good work

1. Is it necessary to hire a lawyer like I read somewhere to bring 30ooo for the lawyer processing fee other than the 60 euros for visa process
2. Are they going to verify my address as well which is mention on my nikkahnama and CNIC, because I dont live there and its just mentioned in my current address and I recently shifted to a new place so no one is living there. Is this going to create some issue in verification process.

4. My UC is charging me 7000 for a birth certificate process Is it justifed?

As well as its concern about your passport don’t you need it to update .. and if you jave not submitted your documents in embassy then you have to make birth vertificate with proper procedure normally it doesn’t cost to much but it is pakistan .and the last thing address it doesn’t matter the matter is that you jave to give your current address where do you live right now because every one can change his or her address when they are on renatal basis or property is sold out so. Don’t worry about that but you nikkah is better to be registered in the same uc where you were living st the time of nikkah i think not sure

Syeda zahra, those 30 thousand rupees is the document verification fees. And you don’t need to hire a lawyer personally. Embassy has already a penal of lawyers and when we submit our documents for family reunion visa than they charge 30 thousand to verify those documents. You must bring 5 thousand rupee Note of 30000 RP.
