Dear Members Assalam-o-Alaikum,
I am writing this email to let members know few things about family reunion and some mistakes which must be avoided. If some friend is going to get married in Pakistan, please tell him/her about these issues. Simple looking mistakes can cause big trouble and delay later in family reunion.
About Nikah Registration:
Registration of Nikah involves three people: Nikah Khawan, Nikah Registrar and Union council. UC gives a register with 50 leaves to Nikah-Registrar. Each leave contains Nikah Nama ” Form II” in quadruplicate. In one UC , only a single Registrar can have the register. In usual case, Nikah Khawan goes to Registrar(if he is himself not a registrar) and gets a Nikah nama Form II (which has fours copies). One copy each (filled and signed) is given to Duhla, Dulhan,Registrar and UC.
1. Take care that Nikah is registered at the same Union Council where Nikah has taken place .Address written on filled Nikahnama should be in the UC where Nikah is registered. Any thing different to this created big problem for many ,especially those who did Nikha in a Marriage Hall and brought Molvi sahib from some other UC. If you made this mistake, count a delay of at least 3 months. Embassy will raise objection as the lawyer sent for Marriage verification would like to see your Nikah registered at the same UC as address written on Nikahnama. You may be to asked to change registration of your marriage from one UC to other through a court procedure in Pakistan.
2. Please closely check all the four copies of the filled Nikah-Nama for any mistake in names, ID card nr., date of birth etc. Check that all signatures are there at right place and stamp of Nikah-Registrar is present. Many take things lightly in Pakistan while filling forms.
3. Telephonic Nikah is big no no. You must be present there as German Embassy/consulate now checks it from entry and exit stamps on your passport. If there are some unavoidable circumstances, give a written power of attorney which has legal value i.e signed in front of Notary Public/judge or from Pakistani embassy/consulate (in case they deal with it) to your father to represent you during Nikah. Better be present there. Your absence will complicate the matters and hence the delay/rejection as a consequence.
5. Some people I talked to have made mistake while getting online appointment. You mad a mistake in name, passport number or email address than most probably you will not be able to submit documents on that day. In my experience, if you decide to take an appointment for family reunion, you normally get it after 4 to 6 weeks. So missing an appointment can be source of further delay.6. The interview by lawyer or at embassy may involve basic questions from your spouse about you. Newly married; make sure he/she has all the basic info about you.
7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.
Please correct if I am wrong on any account. The info is based on posts of members on this forum, experiences of acquaintances and my personal experience.
If you know some other issues which you or someone known to you faced, kindly share on this forum. This will facilitate others in their family reunion.

Aoa can I apply for short term visa and go to Germany while my family reunion visa is being processed here in Pakistan? and latter on to go on the family reunion visa once inshAllah it is it is processed.
Hmm , not sure. Normally it should be possible but you must leave get the re-union visa and re-enter as it is not allowed to extend the Visit Visa. Better ask the embassy!

Is ka kay solution hai?
Aap ny Jo second lawyer Kia hy, us say rabta karain aur poochain k wo Kia Ker Raha hy. Ho Sakta hy wo kuch bhi na Ker Raha ho aur aap intezaar kerty rahain. Aagy ki possibilities bhi wo hi Bata Sakta hy according to your personal information and circumstances.
Yeh Jo reply aya hai embassy ki taraf say further mujay kya kerna chaiye?
Aap sy kaha tha k apny German lawyer sy raabta Ker k poochain k wo Kia Ker Raha hy. Ager wo reply Nahi kerta than you have to hire another good lawyer and show him you embassy letter and ask him if he can do something. Everybody has different situation that’s why can not say more about it. Only a German lawyer can help you if your wife’s status is okay to apply for a family reunion visa.
Aoa, sameer, is qanoon ky mutabiq embassy ny aap Ka visa refuse Kia hy kyun k un ko aap ki marriage genuine Nahi lagti. Ager aap k paas appeal Ka right hy Tu aap appeal file karain lekin mostly when they decided than they don’t convince that the marriage is true and not only for the purpose of immigration.
Section 27
(1a) The subsequent immigration of dependants shall not be permitted
1. if it is established that the marriage has been entered into or kinship established solely for the purpose of enabling the persons immigrating subsequently to enter and stay in the federal territory or
2. if there are concrete indications that one of the spouses has been forced into marriage

hi my husband is british national and settled in germany my daughters are also british national and are with me in pakistan i have applied for family reunion on 12th of april could you please tell me that how long it take for processing in my case and is there any way to track file.
it will almost take 1.5-2 month to you to recieve your confirmation email..and in email they will give you appointmet of exactly coming 1 or 1.5 month.
so average it takes total 3 months from applying to going for interview.
(you will recieve your confirmation email between june 1st to almost 15 june)

I wana know Is B-form and Birth certificate is same or different. And if I dont have a birth certificate, Is my CNIC gonna work or Birth certificate is a must.
please check if your birth was registered after your birth?
if not then you have to get birth certificate following late entry procedure which included age medical assesment etc

If So I do have a FRC but its from my family side, Do i have to change it after my marriage one.
you need it from family side anyway . which consist of your family tree your parents and siblings
you need both with your family and with your spouse. you dont need to convert anything. just go to nadra and tell them you need with your family and spouse both..they will issue you both.

Anyone whose spouse doesnt have a BLUE KARTE EU , must prove language competency
If Husband has blue card, then his wife don’t need any A1 otherwise, it is compulsory.
Even if husband is a German national or has PR, then also wife need to do German A1 level.

Mera lawyer 18 august ko aya tha or objection 18 december ko lagaya tha . 13 march ka objection clear ker k paper jama kervaye with fees no response. Lawyer ne 16 april ko call ki k mian next week ayun ga na lawyer aya na call kis se contact kry wait ker ri . Late entry se embassy ko pata nahi kia masla hia .
I have applied family reunion visa for my daughter 15 years old) on 29 August and lawyer comes for inquiries on 14,15 September. I got objection letter on 18 January from abh and embassy. I am living in Germany but Ausländerbehörde did not call me for any inquiry. I have submitted all my German documents at the time of visa application.
Meri daughter Ka same objection lagaya. Unhon ny Likha, birth certificate asal hy lekin birth register ky papers and ink fresh lagti hy. Go to court and remove that birth entry with court order and re-enter it in the birth register. My daughter born on 24.04.02 and we registered her in the union council on 5.5.02. is it a late entry? I don’t know because it was written on the nadra birth certificate as normal entry.i got objection letter via my German lawyer on 18 Jan and I have submitted court order + new birth certificate on 10.04.18 with again 30000 RP. till now no body have contacted us. My question is will they contact us again for the inquiry or they will inquire it from union council and Court without bothering us?
And how long will it take maximum for the second inquiry?
Also I want to mention that, the objection letter I got was from Ausländerbehörde and embassy has sent that letter via fax to my lawyer. Does it mean that they already have done inquiry from Germany? I am worried that how long will it take more?

Go to a competent lawyer and give him the translated copy of objection letter. Than ask him to file a petition in a civil court for the declaration of the data according to the objection in the letter. He will file an application in the court and court will follow the already set procedure. They will call Nadra, uc and news paper publication and witnesses from your side.
Than they will decide the case. It is a procedure of two to three months depending on your lawyer and the judge. But you can accelerate it with qaied e azam, by getting short dates from the court.
When you get your court order give it to UC and they will correct it accordingly and will issue you a new birth certificate. Hope you understand all the procedure.

I am sorry brother but your information is irrelevant here as this is a forum for visa information. And what you are saying about Germany is not correct. German people are very humble and genuine people. They are truthful and adopts others. If someone is not comfortable in this society than who force him to come and live here? We are not successful as a nation you know why? Because we waste our time and energy to criticize others.
