7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.

My wife actually applied for Visa but me and my wife sent almost 15 to 20 emails to embassy and never got any reply and also made many calls to embassy…
My wife did not need to show German language skills as i have blue card here so fortunately we got a relief.
They did not ask us to bring any thing else than Passport and Meldebescheinigung (city registration letter) as previous one was expired.
Thats it, other than this its all because of the prayers of our parents and family otherwise we were not expecting that quick this time.
Keep praying dear…. May ALLAH ease the way and help you in overcoming this problem. I can understand its really hard as i spent also more than 1 year in this phase but fortunately by the grace of ALLAH the issue got solved and my wife got the visa.
@Enquiry you said your submitted attested Birth Certificate from foreign office. Who told you to do that ? Which foreign office are you talking about ?
Hi Enquiry congratulations, I just want to confirm didn’t the inquiry was placed for you 2nd time no lawyer came to see the b.certificate again and you got the visa call ?
@fadi: No there was no verification done atleast the lawyer did not contact us. But while submitting the documents they clearly said to us that verification is done.

Hi Enquiry, you said you submitted the Foreign Office attested birth certificate to embassy? Can you please tell me which foreign office attested them ? Also who told you to get them attested ?
@Sheraz: Nobody told me to get them attested but it is usually good if you submit an attested document because then there are least chances of objection. Minister of Foreign Affairs attests the documents and mostly it is a good practice to get the documents attested before submitting them to the Embassy.

Germany Embassy response is very computer generic email centric and does not really respond to individual emails in details.
Is it true there is an exception for EU nationals spouse, of, German language A1 requirement?

Yes asif i got visa yesterday my husband and daughters are british nationals .A1 is not required for british nationals spouses…when you apply for appointment tell them that you are british nationals spouse they will ask you to send picz of your spouse and kids they will give you appointment as soon as possible

Try to explain your difficult situation to Embassy and tell them how much worry you are.. Same happenuted to us that the lawyer made a mess about the Birth Certificates and just due to that i had to go to Pakistan.
Did you submit the new birth certificates after attestation from Foreign Office or not ???

i went and did all that and submitted the documents as well back in April 2017 and haven’t heard anything from embassy since then, All they say is that our case is in process and will be handled in chronological order. Which i know now is not true at all.
BTW you got the documents attested by Foreign ministry of Pakistan or Foreign ministry of Berlin ?
Did the embassy reply to you politely when you asked for status updates through email or call. Any pointers on how to prioritise this now

I also always got the same status updates as you got or getting …. Then after lawyer”s visit in Jan 2018 i got the objection in June 2018. The it took me almost 2.5 months to get our birth certificates cancelled and to make new one. We just followed the way as embassy mentioned to us. In between we were also confirming the procedures from Embassy time to time. Because we did not want to have any issues again.
Beside all this to be honest our parents and families were really praying alot and i am convinced that prayers do ease your way…. Keep praying bro……
I can understand how difficult the time is as i also waited really long to get it done but ALHAMDULILLAH ALHAMDULILLAH finally my wife got visa. InshaALLAH your wife will get that too.
I would suggest keep asking Embassy time to time on phone about your application status..

Try to get your documents attested before submission,it will possibly speed up the process as it lowers the responsibility of Embassy to verify each document.
They won’t reply to the calls and status for the case did they give you reply to time to time when ever you asked them or they are just against of me i haven’t tried even to send them email once i did it but never get back any reply from their side

You can read it alone as well. I would recommend torecite it after esha prayer. Offer 2 nawafil and ask Allah to give reward of these nawafil to Rasool pak (SAW) and His family. Afterwards starting reciting till fajr prayer. In sha Allah Allah will hear upon your appeal. It may take 4-5 days to recite alone but its really effective.

Yes inquiry done from both sides, the lawyer came in January and I submitted all documents here last month. After that, still no response.

Hi, Mai Germany mai DAAD scholarship pai aya houn meri family nai Consulate General Khi mai 5 June, 2108 ko apply kiya. Oskai baad wife ko call ayi kai apky spouse ka residence permit expire hoga September mai tu koi confirmation letter provide karye kai extension hogi res. permit ki. Hum nai unhy DAAD ka funding extension diya coz osi ki base pai Res. Per. extend hota hai. Os kai baad unka lawyers nai interview kiya n kaha sab kuch clear hai hamari tarf sai.But abhi tak koi itla nahi n ab mujhy temporary residence permit mila hai coz apply kiya hua hai os card ko any mai time hai. Samaj nahi a raha kai kya reason hai koi reply nahi a raha. Email kiya kai kya wo DAAD letter sufficient nahi but koi reply nahi. Kya Temp. res. permit ki scanned copy bhejy ya wait karye kai Embassy ya consulate sai reply aye.
You should send them the email with your case number and the temporary residence permit scanned document from the registered email, which your spouse wrote in the application for family reunion visa. May be they won’t reply you but they will read the email.
