Dear Members Assalam-o-Alaikum,
I am writing this email to let members know few things about family reunion and some mistakes which must be avoided. If some friend is going to get married in Pakistan, please tell him/her about these issues. Simple looking mistakes can cause big trouble and delay later in family reunion.
About Nikah Registration:
Registration of Nikah involves three people: Nikah Khawan, Nikah Registrar and Union council. UC gives a register with 50 leaves to Nikah-Registrar. Each leave contains Nikah Nama ” Form II” in quadruplicate. In one UC , only a single Registrar can have the register. In usual case, Nikah Khawan goes to Registrar(if he is himself not a registrar) and gets a Nikah nama Form II (which has fours copies). One copy each (filled and signed) is given to Duhla, Dulhan,Registrar and UC.
1. Take care that Nikah is registered at the same Union Council where Nikah has taken place .Address written on filled Nikahnama should be in the UC where Nikah is registered. Any thing different to this created big problem for many ,especially those who did Nikha in a Marriage Hall and brought Molvi sahib from some other UC. If you made this mistake, count a delay of at least 3 months. Embassy will raise objection as the lawyer sent for Marriage verification would like to see your Nikah registered at the same UC as address written on Nikahnama. You may be to asked to change registration of your marriage from one UC to other through a court procedure in Pakistan.
2. Please closely check all the four copies of the filled Nikah-Nama for any mistake in names, ID card nr., date of birth etc. Check that all signatures are there at right place and stamp of Nikah-Registrar is present. Many take things lightly in Pakistan while filling forms.
3. Telephonic Nikah is big no no. You must be present there as German Embassy/consulate now checks it from entry and exit stamps on your passport. If there are some unavoidable circumstances, give a written power of attorney which has legal value i.e signed in front of Notary Public/judge or from Pakistani embassy/consulate (in case they deal with it) to your father to represent you during Nikah. Better be present there. Your absence will complicate the matters and hence the delay/rejection as a consequence.
5. Some people I talked to have made mistake while getting online appointment. You mad a mistake in name, passport number or email address than most probably you will not be able to submit documents on that day. In my experience, if you decide to take an appointment for family reunion, you normally get it after 4 to 6 weeks. So missing an appointment can be source of further delay.6. The interview by lawyer or at embassy may involve basic questions from your spouse about you. Newly married; make sure he/she has all the basic info about you.
7. Spouse of a Blue Card holder is exempted from providing A-1 German language certificate. About this, don’t believe on what they say on phone :). If your spouse can’t manage to do a language course in Pakistan, present following reference of the concerned Law as proof on your appointment day:

8. In some cities, there were cases when Ausländerbehorde(ABH) objected that the spouse in Germany is passing through the probation period of job. In some cities ,they ask for salary slips of 6 months while in others only for 3 months or just a job contract. Talk to other Pakistanis/Indians who have experience of dealing with the same ABH so that you can proceed accordingly.
Please correct if I am wrong on any account. The info is based on posts of members on this forum, experiences of acquaintances and my personal experience.

I have to ask where i can get A1 language course at Karachi the one embassy recommend its too far to my house Geothe language institute near to CM house if anyone know nearest like north nazmabad or gulshan and one more thing if i not study at Geothe language institute so can i take my exame there for take my A1 certification. Please try to mention fee structure also if you know and admission requirements. JazakAllah
It doesnt matter where you do the course , the exam will always be taken at Goethe institute.
Dont know about fee structure though. contact them directly.

Normally fo visa c0all they just call and say you visa agya hai aker lae jae but when something is missing in your documents then they let you know through Email

telephonic marriage is not acceptable, if it would be acceptable then everybody would like to get married on phone, make proper marriage and then u can get visa thanks. i’ve been thru this all but i had get my visa in first atempt

fadi get a good lawyer and spend some money all work will be done insha Allah for birth certificate punjab rules are very though and strong for sindh and other canton its not that hard depend in which canton you live if you are in punjab than it will be lenthy procedure but after all you will have your birth certificate and for marriage uc try to request uc that they should delete your entry and make new marriage documents and get sign and register it with old entry in other uc or ask your lawyer but must hire immigration lawyer who can handle this nicely don,t get random lawyer
lahore came in punjab and lanthy mean from 1 month to 3/4 depend how fast your lawyer can do it but if you can manage to delete or cancel your old one without lawyer than you can make your new birth certificate within 1 month may be just follow the rules next time you go to made fill up form wrote application to Uc birth office for late entry they will mark to MS medical they will exmine your age and than you can apply for birth certificate this rule is only in punjab which is very bad it should not be like this but what you can do againts it just request birth office to delete your old one than it will be more easy for you and you will not have to get lawyer and all that

what documents you submit in germany to register your self embassy gave me all documents back and also my visa got approve but they didn,t retrun me my origonal birth certificate

Dont you need to worry ager saman ziada ho jae ga then you jabe to pay but i think its not 30 kg more then 40 is allowed in qatar airways and doha and one thing thanx a lot for your info kindaly can you tell me lengthy means how long it gonna take i am from lahore.. i have no idea what to do

The verification report on your documents is finally in. Your birth certificate and the birth certificate of your son Muhammad Hashir are based on legally invalid birth entries. The investigator
found out that they were registered as late entries without following the proper procedure.
Please follow the proper Pakistani laws to regularize your birth and the birth of your son (new late birth entries and birth certificates, cancel old birth entries and birth certificates by court). The Embassy cannot and will not share any recommendations on how to get this process

There is no specific timeline. If it has been too long more than 5 monhts. Get in touch with you local consulate/embassy!

I did court marriage with my German girlfriend even i want family wedding but every single Qazi make too much bla bla they say we cant do that i visited almost 3 to 4 Qazi but they all say same so no way i bring my girlfriend at Court with my father and one brother and there we did Nikah. My Nikah regester at Court UC so whenever i gonna make Nadra Comuterise Nikah Nama i have to make by Curt UC or my UC there i live ?

Kindaly ali can you tell me did you get any document from the court as well … that you did court marriage because i did court marriage as well but i didn’t get any letter from court it was simple nikaah and the the molvi sahib registered the nikaah where he has come from in the court
Yes Fadi i have some extra papers from Court My Nikah Nama my wife free will afedafit and my wife and my pictures attested with Justice of peace also her passport copy with entry stamp these all documents attested with Justice of peace also Qazi stamped .

Thanks Admin so you mean its good if I make my Nadra Marriage Certificate by my town UC. Because my Nikah Nama register by Court registrar so its ok for me to make Nadra Computerized Nikah Nama there i live ? My place is far from Court and they both places have different UC`s ,

My wife Applied for Family reunion visa in July.
Lawyer visited her in August.
Embassy Replied on my email in September that “we received all the requested documents and your Wife s visa Process is already started”.
We submitted all the requested documents including A1 and i have a healthy Salary Job in a big Company and a Family Appartment Everything submitted with visa File in Embassy Islamabad.
Now its 6 months completed but still waiting.
I Hope Everything is ok with our documents otherwise they could ask for that.

same here everything is fine but no answer :/ i guess we just have to wait and hope one of us gets any response soon,my wife works with refugees there and she told me that because of syrian refugees they offices over there have too much work load as most of refugees came there 2 years ago and now they have legal status and can apply for family visa for their family so may be just got our visa process in bad time :/ lets just hope they dont take 2,3 more months from now
Today i got reply from my laywer that the embassy has objected that my birth certificate is with late entry so the formula is not completed so i have to make my new birthcertificafe and old one cancelling and they have also written that the doctor must confirmed with report that my age is real so anybidy can help what should i have to do and how i am living in Lahore

Hire a immigration lawyer he will guide you the best,visit city courts and search for one if you dont know any

Last month actually the embassy didnot tell me the foreign office give that info may be your birth certificate is not approved bit now the embassy has sent email and please i want to ask you guys if anybody has experience i met with the different immigration lawyer one told me that cost 50 thousand and one 15 thousand and another 20000 to 250000 i am realy confused which one is reliable but all of them are telling the same procedure and stories please help out for birth certificate what is the actual cost for approval from the court

Jab Nadra gayee to wo keh raha tha keh esay kesa hosakta hai . Jab lawyer ko call keya to us n kaha bs chordo aur bejhdo. Reshwat bhi leya.
